Terms and conditions

These terms apply to your use of the EV Hybrid Service website. By using the site, you agree to them.

Last updated: 10 October 2026

Who we are

The site is run by ROBNEC IMPEX PROD COM SRL, CUI RO5174849, Nr. Reg. Com. J40/329/1994, registered office at București, Sector 6, Strada Piscul Crăsani nr. 4A, Romania. EV Hybrid Service is the company’s hybrid and electric car division. You can contact us at contact@evhybridservice.ro or 0726 174 400.

Information on the site

The texts on the site are for information and describe our services and the common problems of hybrid and electric cars. They are not a binding offer and do not replace a diagnosis carried out on your car.

The price and duration of a job are set once we have seen the car and the diagnosis shows what needs doing.

Bookings

A request sent through the booking form is not a confirmed booking. The booking becomes firm once we have contacted you and agreed a day and time together.

Downloadable technical documents

The technical documents for high-voltage batteries are published by the car manufacturers, and we make them available for information only. The rights to them belong to the manufacturers.

Working on high-voltage systems is dangerous and must be done only by trained staff with protective equipment. We accept no liability for how these documents are used.

Intellectual property

The texts, images and graphics on the site belong to us or are used with the owners’ permission. They may not be copied or republished without our written consent. The car brands mentioned belong to their owners and are used only to identify the models we work on.

Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee it is complete or error-free. We accept no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of the site, without checking the car.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We first try to settle any disagreement amicably. As a consumer, you may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro), including through its alternative dispute resolution procedure.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of the last update.
