Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect

• Through the contact and booking forms: first name, last name, email, phone, car details, preferred date and your message.
• When you download a technical document: first name, last name and email.
• Technical data sent automatically by your browser (such as IP address and browser type), kept in the hosting servers’ logs for the site’s security.
• Only if you accept analytics cookies: data about how you use the site (pages visited, visit length, device type), collected through Google Analytics.
• The site has no visitor accounts and sells nothing online, so we collect no payment or delivery details.

Why we use the data and on what legal basis

• To reply to messages and booking requests: based on your consent and on steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).
• To send you news and offers: only if you ticked that option separately (art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
• To keep the site secure and working: based on our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).
• To meet our legal obligations, such as accounting ones, once you become a customer (art. 6(1)(c)).

How long we keep the data

• Messages and booking requests: at most 2 years after our last contact with you.
• Your email for news: until you withdraw your consent.
• Documents relating to work carried out: as long as accounting and tax law requires.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with the providers that help run the site, acting as processors: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Cloudflare (storage of downloadable documents) and Resend (sending emails). With your consent, we use Google Analytics to measure traffic and show the Google Maps map on the contact page.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases the transfer relies on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

To exercise your rights, contact us at contact@evhybridservice.ro or 0726 174 400. We reply within one month at the latest.

• The right to access your data and receive a copy of it.
• The right to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
• The right to erasure (“the right to be forgotten”).
• The right to restrict processing and the right to data portability.
• The right to object, including to receiving news and offers.
• The right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before then.
• The right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).

Cookies and local storage

We use necessary cookies to keep the site working. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and the Google Maps map only load if you consent in the cookie banner. We do not use marketing cookies.
