Spare parts for hybrid and electric cars
Battery modules, inverters, pumps and cooling parts for hybrids aren’t ordered like an oil filter off the shelf. We identify the part by VIN and model, check compatibility and send you a quote with a delivery time. We are not an online shop with listed prices.
Who parts sourcing is for
It is for you if we are repairing your car and modules or other parts are needed, if you run a garage looking for a hard-to-find hybrid part, or if you already know what has failed and want a reliable source.
You need modules after a test
The test shows how many modules need replacing and of what type. We match them by capacity, type and format before ordering; we don’t buy the part from a “universal” listing.
Inverter or power electronics
These are expensive parts that only fit certain models. We confirm the part code and the car’s generation before any firm quote.
Battery cooling parts
Often a “battery” fault is really in the cooling. We find the right pump, fan or duct once we have identified exactly what is needed.
You found “the same part” online, cheaper
Wrong modules, or ones with an unknown history, can ruin a good battery. We prefer a correctly identified part from a source we can rely on.
Why the part is ordered after identification
A wrong high-voltage part isn’t just an annoying return. It can block a repair or put a weak module into a freshly balanced battery. That is why the quote comes after identification, not from a price list.
Compatibility before price
Not all Prius batteries are the same. The second generation has 28 modules of 7.2 V, 201.6 V in total, while the first generation used 38 modules that don’t fit. The VIN, a photo of the label and measurements matter more than a “universal” listing.
Tied to the work in the workshop
When we fit the part, it goes through the same process: testing, fitting, balancing and warranty. It isn’t a simple “sent by courier, good luck”.
A quote, not a shopping basket
We tell you whether the part is available, how long it will take and what it costs once we know exactly what you need. Stock of high-voltage parts changes often; a price shown on the site would be wrong more often than right.
How we work, step by step
You tell us the model and what has failed, or send us the test result; we identify the part, find the source and send you a quote with a delivery time. Only then do we order.
1. The car’s details and the part you need
Make, model, year, VIN if possible, and what you need: modules, inverter, pump, fan or sensor. Photos of the part labels help a lot.
2. We check compatibility
We check the codes, the generation and, for modules, the type and capacity. If the data isn’t enough, we tell you what is missing before quoting.
3. We find the source and delivery time
We look for a part of the right type and condition. Some modules we have in the workshop; others have to be ordered and take longer.
4. We send you a written quote
You get the price, the estimated delivery time and what is included: just the part, or the part plus fitting or repair. No surprises at the end.
5. Ordering and fitting, if the work is with us
Once you confirm, we order. If the repair is done here, the part goes into the job and the final test.

What we can source
The list is indicative; availability varies from model to model. We often look for:
- Nickel (NiMH) or lithium battery modules, by type and capacity
- Complete batteries, when module repair isn’t worthwhile
- Inverters and power electronics components
- Pumps, fans and other battery cooling parts
- Hard-to-find high-voltage sensors, wiring and connectors
- Other parts, once diagnosis shows what is faulty
- Identification by VIN or label before ordering
- A quote with delivery time, not an online shop
What we are often asked for
We will publish real, documented jobs one by one. Until then, here is what we are asked for most often:
Toyota / Lexus
Matched modules after a battery test
The test shows how many modules need replacing. We source compatible, sorted modules, then fit them and balance the battery in the workshop.
Hybrids and plug-ins
A cooling fan or pump
The battery seems weak, but the cooling is the cause. We identify the part by model, quote it and replace it while checking the cooling circuit.
A warranty on parts and fitting
When we fit the part, the warranty covers the part and labour, under the conditions on the handover sheet. When we only supply it, the warranty covers the part delivered, with the limits stated in the quote.
Fitted by us
Modules and parts fitted during a repair are covered by the job warranty. It isn’t a part sold without context.
Supply only
If you take the part without fitting, we tell you what the product warranty covers and what we can’t guarantee without fitting and testing it ourselves.
Compatibility
If the data provided was wrong and the part doesn’t fit, we discuss a return based on what was misidentified. That is why we ask for the VIN and photos.
Frequently asked questions about hybrid and EV parts
Do you have an online shop with stock?+
No. We work by identification and quote. Stock of modules and high-voltage parts changes often, and a catalogue with prices on the site would be misleading.
Can I buy just the modules, without a repair?+
In some cases, yes, especially for garages that can fit them correctly. We explain the risks if the modules aren’t tested and balanced after fitting.
How long does a quote take?+
It varies from case to case: it depends on how clear the identification is and where we source the part. Rare parts take longer.
Do you also supply complete new original batteries?+
Yes, when it makes sense and they are available at a realistic price. Module repair is often better value; we tell you so based on the numbers.
How do you know a module is good?+
For what we fit, we rely on measurements and on matching with the rest of the battery. For supply, we ask for the origin and the correct type; we don’t sell modules without data.
Do you send parts to other cities?+
We can discuss it after the quote. Lithium batteries are transported as dangerous goods, with special packaging and paperwork, so shipping them costs more and takes longer. For high-voltage parts we prefer, where possible, to fit and test them here.
